here is a piece a friend found recently while we detected together. We found coins on the same field beginning from 1767 until 1925. We couldn't figure out what this was. Size is like a matchbox, material brass gilded? The original form was either like a ring or oval. Maybe it,s a visiting
card holder. Late Georgian to Victorian. What,s the writing I can just make out? |
