Post by: 16.5DD (richard) on March 11, 2009, 11:37:06 PM
i have detected for years and only ever found 2 engagement rings.
i found one last year with my explorer on a farm it wasn't a good one but still a few stones a saphire and some cubics.
yet i had gone done porthcawl detecting but being a kid at the time i was bored after an hour so i wandered of down passed a caravan site whilst walking a glit comeing from some sand dune just caught my eye i walked passed but curiosity mad e me back track and i found a 9 stone diamond ring again only chips as stone but 9ct gold and worth about £100 quid  .
so keep your eyes open ''you never know what lies in show''
