Title: Sunday's Beach Finds
Post by: Al.Thepastfinder, ( Alan ) on June 07, 2010, 09:28:51 AM
After another Sunday of not going to the suspected Bronze Age site because of the extremely dry ground i had a busey day catching up out the back garden.

Then late afternoon headed off for the beach,  another guy from the club was already there scanning away, but he went early,
just after that the surrounding skies went black, i thought ohh is this the rain coming in then,  the wind blew up and it got freezing cold,
Still i detected on for another hour, then packed it in before 8 p.m.  i usually stop till 10 but my face and hands were purple through the cold,

I still finnished up with just over £12 though from 3 hours scanning, oh,  there were another 2 chubbies in for cleaning that i forgot about, they'd been there for a couple of years i think, off  back home then for a nice hot Chilli and salad and a can.
