Title: Button for I.D. PLEASE .......
Post by: 150aceboy on May 15, 2010, 07:26:45 PM
Out today found another Cartwheel Penny  ;D, few predecimal, an old  dagger, and a few other bits and bobs.
Just about to pack up for the day, and this button came up, please could you tell me what type of button this is? could it be military  ???.
You can see from the pic, that it has traces of Gold Gilt
Thanks in advance
Ace  ;)

well if the letters are GR  I've had a button with the same scrolling letters. When I researched mine all I could come up with was Glamorgan Reserves.

Hiya Fred, the dagger was just very ordinary, the type that as kids we use to play with them in the woods m8, no real age or anything fella
