Title: Nut Crackers
Post by: 150aceboy on March 30, 2010, 11:16:29 AM
Found these nut crackers on the 09/03/2010 Nr. Bridgend on pasture land.

Unfortunately one of the handles is missing, but if you look close at pics, you can see, where the nut was held, the little grips or teeth are as crisp as the day it was made.

They date from the 18th - 19th century.

Ace  ;)

To be honest Kev, i just use a small table lamp next to item, and just put the camera into macro plus i use the flash.

No special settings at all Kev m8.

The camera i use is a Fujifilm FinePix  S5500,  i find it very simple to use and the preset settings have give me great results.

Hope this helps

Paul  ;)
