link from ukdfd.co.uk database verified by Rod Blunt and Nigel Nicholson. think it raises more questions than answers; A quarter noble bearing the titles of (?) Philip the Bold, Duke of Burgundy (1363-1404) and Count of Flanders (1384-1404), but the arms of England. Possibly an imitation and of uncertain date. (?) I've been having a good look around the web as well and not found anything similar. Philip the Bold minted quarter nobles which look very similar but have the quartered arms of France and Burgundy rather than the arms of England.
