Post by: simon c on January 23, 2010, 10:49:03 PM
Finally managed to get out for 4 hours lol  ;D,and managed to find a few finds, including my first almost intact Spur,I'm guessing the date is 17th-18th century. Two Geo 2nd half pennies and 1 Geo 3rd half penny, the foot patten is in quite good condition so i will add it to one i found a while back, might just try wearing them now i have a pair.

Great wide neck spur, bronze, 18th century. I was wondering what my incomplete find looked like, now I know.

Well found !
