Unfortunately our Agm has to be postponed until the 20th of January due to weather conditions

We are trying to let everyone know but looking at the weather i think everyone was expecting  the AGM to be cancelled

If you could let your mates and detecting Buddy's know about the new date of the AGM that would be great

Thanks for letting us know Phil thought it would be cancelled with this weather it is snowing in aberaman again and my cat is still missing :'( :'( dont think I will see him again he has never been gone for this long before and also with this cold weather they are not used to fending for themselves im breaking my heart here  :'( :(

good call Phil , too many IDIOTS  on the road in these conditions,stay home its safer

 Im  Sure your cat will be o.k. Deb  they have a habit of finding somewhere to hide / shelter out of the way, i'm sure its found somewhere warm to bed down till it clears a bit, canny ole buggers they are.

yeah it happened a couple of years back too,   and we had to start earlier to get through it all,

between committee elections,taking money for membership renewals etc...it's gonna be a long night.......

WE.LL HAVE TO ARRANGE IT FOR AN HOUR EARLYER ON THE 20TH.

Not sure if they cancelled the find of the month last time and held it over to the next meeting

paul, our chairman , has posted that it's better to hold off the token hunt until at least the sunday after the AGM......i think thats prudent..especially with the forecast of more snow soon !.....byron
