I won over 100 treasure hunting mags on ebay for the grand total of £5, and whats more they were only in Cardiff, so went straight up to pick them up ;D. Guess what ???, by the time i got there the price had gone from £5 - £75 :o Got caught by speed camera doing 58mph in a 50mph zone at Cardiff Gate :o. Just have the determination to ignore anything that comes through the post to do with it. I've done it and know a few others that have "got off" by doing the same. The Fixed Penalty Office is in a mess and they can't cope with the backlog. After 6 months it's "Statute Bar" (means they cannot proceed). Good Luck! Title: Re: A Bargain or What !!!!!
