Title: Coinsearcher
Post by: The Doc on October 22, 2009, 08:16:35 PM
This has come from Gary Brun, Admin of UKDFD:

As some members will know, along with a higher daily limit for uploads, we offer UKDFD benefactors the opportunity to use our CoinSearcher software to help with the identification of coins that have incomplete legends, either as a result of wear or damage, or because they are halves or quarters that have been intentionally made by cutting full coins to provide small change. Further information on this is available by clicking this link:

http://ukdfd.co.uk/ukdff/files/newslettersix_587.pdf (http://ukdfd.co.uk/ukdff/files/newslettersix_587.pdf)

For a limited time (until mid November), we have decided to make the CoinSearcher software available to all. To try it out during this period, click on this link: http://chrisblunt.com/coinsearcher/index.php?module=secure&action=login (http://chrisblunt.com/coinsearcher/index.php?module=secure&action=login) and enter the username ‘coinsearcher’ and the password ‘freetrial’.
