Title: my trip to swansea museum Post by: zorro on October 11, 2009, 10:16:50 AM took my daughter to swansea museum yesterday, she's doing a project on ancient egypt. she called to ask museum if she could take a pic of the mummy they said yes. we get there they said NO ! they said yes eventually though ;)
anyway here she is with "her" mummy....no not the wife (she looks a lot older) ;D and some of the artifacts buried with the mummy (named Hor). Swansea detecting club have a nice display there and the museum seems to welcome metal detecting in general there. pictures don't match borderfox's trip to national museum though....although the security isnt quite as tight......last one out closes the door... ;)...only joking incase someone complains i have actually "cased the joint out".
