Hi guys,
i know this might sound stupid,but here goes.

How do you go about getting land to take the detectors on?I dont know anyone with land to be honest and i hardly know anyone in the area either???

You just decide on a farm you think might be a good site,dress tidily,call at a time you think is convenient for the farmer,knock the door,introduce yourself,explain what you want,and provided he thinks your being up front with him he may say yes,if he Say's no,try the next farm,it's not difficult you just have to bite the bullet and have a go.

hi there mate we all got to start somewere were do i start on this right you got to go out and knock i few farms and ask them. if you know them or not 9 times out of ten you will not know them the same as all of us it could be yes or no more nos than yes s but keep at it and you will find a farmer that will say yer ok but allways be helpfull to them and polite dress tidy and have a shave it do help mate if someone knocked on your door scruffy and looked a mess would you let them so bare this in mind ,when you do get a farm knock the next farm and drop your farmers name when asking this helps aswell they think if mr smith lets him on maybe i can trust him just a few tips to help you on your way  ;) good luck with door knocking and hope to see you soon (phil)
