I am a great believer in treating them at Christmas as it's a very small price to pay for the use of land. I also drop a case of Guinness round to my local farmer about twice a year as he's a great guy & he actually asked "me" if I want to detect his land (both farms)! the one i visited on christmas morning is another one who asks me to go there, when i've gone there at times before they have invited me in for a cuppa or even some dinner, lol Santa |
