They look the same - I thought maybe reducing the size for the forum caused the problem - if you can email the originals which I assume would be a larger file size with better resolution then give it a try. What camera are you using?
I think the penny is Edward I Class 10 or Edward II Class 11, but need better pics to be certain. The farthing is probably IDable if you can do better pics.
