Title: Latest Finds
Post by: celticspikey on November 07, 2018, 01:58:09 PM
As promised....It's been a while since I've popped up a brooch so this little Polden 1st cent made the day. The little engraved bronze piece looks like a broken strap end and possibly Saxon judging by design. A couple of more roman coins one radiate and a broken romulus and remus example. The group shot is a Roman ring bezel with enamel evident, what looks like part of a broken Roman bracelet and possibly votive judging by its condition?  Also a broken early Roman brooch....That's it for now I'll need to stock up lol....Keep searching guys.....

Love seeing your finds Paul but I’m running out of things to say  ::)

Amazing how many brooches you’ve found that still have the pin. Shame the R & R coin isn’t complete, it’s a cracking example.

(Always have the last word  ;D )
