Title: Recent Trips
Post by: celticspikey on November 06, 2018, 10:39:11 PM
Here we go it's been quite a while since I updated finds so there's a good selection from a few farms. A nice Sestertius of Faustina banging out at 92 0n the Deus and 10" plus in the ground, worn as per usual for these big coins but a nice patina. A good selection of Roman grots most of which from same field 32 on one visit.. and 2 bashed up Celtic a 1/4 unit and a Stater.
Hope you enjoy looking....Spikey

Good bit of digging there Paul. Looks like a small hoard. Bashed up or not I’d be happy with those Celtic, very nice.
Not often we see a green Roman. Nice.
