Title: Dobunic Unit Post by: celticspikey on October 13, 2018, 02:07:27 PM Hi guys a few nice pieces from a couple of fields, the Silver Unit is a Dobunic tribe (Head Type) found in the howling wind and rain but it brightened up my day no end, as did the debase Sater of the Durotriges tribe which was my very next signal amazingly. The buckle I initially thought had traces of Iron but it looks more like orange enamelling and probably of Roman origin ? any thoughts welcome though. Its always nice to get a Medieval horse harness mount and in fair condition coming from the rough and tumble of an arable field not done research yet on this so any takers.

Two silvers, s’pose that’s your reward for going out in the weather we’ve been having. It couldn’t have been so bad where you are. You wouldn’t go anywhere other than the sofa if you lived by me. Perhaps it's only mad dogs and Englishmen that go out in the autumn storms? We've had horrendous weather. If it gets any worse I'll have to think about building and Ark.
