Well, it's a long cross of the London mint - but without knowing what the other side is, it's harder to pin it down than saying it's probably 14th century

Well found Alun. Not my strong point but itís definately one of the Edwards. Which one ??
I never know, even when Iím looking at a whole one. ::). Thatís got a strange broken edge almost looks like itís been bent back and forth till it broke, rather than a chop cut.
Nice find though. They alll count.
