I am trying to reply to a private message about my lost ring but am having problems - ie failing complelety! When the site asks me to enter the code shown above in the image, there is no image - just a small square. I then "listen to the letters" but when I enter them they are never correct - I think it is probably because they are a mixture of upper and lower case and I don't know which is which.
