Title: Eardisley Rally Finds
Post by: spaceonwhite on March 25, 2018, 11:10:32 AM
Had a great day at my first ever rally at Eardisley yesterday and here's a round up of my best finds from the day.

A lovely Edward 3rd Groat 1356-61

Bit of a battered Charles I half Groat 1640-41

16th Century belt mount

Spindle Whorl and a 18th century button

Can't wait to attend many more  ;D

That's not a bad Eddy really :)

It's series E, York mint - I think they date to around 1354 :)

Very well done. Two lovely coins. The Charles almost looks like it’s been bent into a love token.
No wonder you can’t wait for the next Rally.

Thanks for the info Probono. The FLO wasn't 100% on his assessment so you've clarified it for me  :)
