It seems too good to be true to me what do you think? Title: Re: Too good to be true? there seems to be a few people who (whenever they are shut down I suppose) open a new account selling, not just metal detectors, but other items, at a price much lower than anyone else. In order to buy the item you have to send them an email and buy it outside of Amazon (so you are not protected) - they always claim they are 'ex-demo' or have some cosmetic marks on them or similar, so that's why they can / have to sell them so cheap.
