Post by: dingdong on November 09, 2017, 06:21:01 PM Well I met up with John at our local beach bang on 11:00 pm to venture forth and go in search of elusive lost booty !!!well we cautiously descended down the cliffs,not that it was dangerous,its just that I'm not as sure footed as I used to be !!😁..and as for John,well he scampered town the cliffs like a mountain goat !!...
Anyway,after a couple of very non productive hours detecting I noticed that John was spending a fair bit a time on the same bit of beach..so...I made my way towards him,he then showed me a handful of modern coin !!...and at that stage I had found nothing !! So then I start to detect around the same area...well, the photo will tell the rest of the story,so many thanks John for sharing your day,and showing an oldie how it's done !! Thanks for reading...and good hunting to all...👍 P.S:Johntp :will be posting a photo of his load of coins tomorrow...!!..I spose he's still counting em !!... LOL 😁 !!!
