Title: What boots do you were? Post by: rainyday on October 02, 2017, 06:49:43 PM I've got a pair of gortex walking boots I've had for ever, great boots but have the metsl eyelets. I can't get on with wellies so would like, even to get a pair of no metal gortex boots but can't seem to find any.

Post by: dingdong on October 02, 2017, 07:35:06 PM Hi there Rainyday,I do actually use both Wellington's and also a pair of airport safety boots...they are totally anti static and the eyelets are non metallic so I do not interfere with the detector, purchased mine through AMAZON they have a sub heading "Air-safe"
They are extremely lightweight, waterproof and very comfortable. Just to make sure of their waterproofing I applied extra waterproofing just to be sure..and never had a problem.
