I have dealt with Regtons several times and never had any cause to complain about their service. I would recommend them to anyone, as a 10/10 company for support and after sales service. I am afraid you only have to be like that with me once and I'm done. Sorry but I wont be using them again.

However Regtons generally get good comments and Nigel is a member of several MD forums..If you post on one of them outlining your experience I'm sure he would reply. They need poor feed back or they won't improve.

So I rang Regtons Thursday after no reply from an e mail I sent ! I spoke to Craig he said the coil was back but as he had to go to Detectival Rally he could not go down to pick it up ! So I have to wait for rally to finish he did say he would look it out on his return....I hope to have it back soon.
