Post by: spaceonwhite on August 28, 2017, 12:40:01 PM Had a few hours out on a new permission this weekend and pulled up a few interesting pieces plus a hammered coin which has seen better days so I can't make out what it is. Any info on what any of the finds are would be most helpful! Thanks ;D

I've managed to ID the hammered as an Elizabethan threepence 1562. My 3rd one of 4 hammereds I've found in total. I must have a thing for Elizabethan threepences!!
