Title: Re: Metal detectors Post by: colwynbay caravans on February 06, 2017, 06:41:19 PM I've been asked in the last week if my detector could detect pins eaten by a dog, whilst they might still be in the dog...... my 7 yer old son came down stairs before christmas saying he had swalowed 20p coin :o i got my detector out and sur enough it was a craking signal ;D i tracked the coin over 48hrs as it moved down his gut.the next day he went to the loo and checked him again and thank god it had passed ;D Title: Re: Metal detectors Post by: romany jones on February 07, 2017, 06:20:41 PM A similar thing happened to me I swallowed a gold crown (tooth) unfortunately I didn't have a detector so had to manually check every time i went to the loo not a pleasant task but got it back in the end ::)

after my swallowing a tooth for a second time i soon looked for an alternative and found using a clear plastic bag worked wonders. lol |
