Title: XP ADX 250 Post by: wondering on January 31, 2017, 11:59:10 AM So I got into a situation where I had to sell my Deus, sad sad day. I found an adx250 cheap enuf but I turn it on and all i seem to get is interference, does anyone know if its the coil or just something im doing.
Thanks George Title: Re: XP ADX 250 Post by: romana on February 01, 2017, 09:37:47 AM Thats the trouble with buying second hand unfortunately, you don't know how the machine has been treated. try this, turn it on and wiggle the lead at the point where it connects to the control box. more than likely a break there inside the lead itself. if it makes noises when it's being wiggled then you need to send the search head to regtons and they will cut a few inches off and replace the jack plug for you. around £35 I think.
