I can read the Galeanus, but where does it say "you donut"?  ;D ;D

well, i,m going to say its allectus, with a reverse which reads  LAETITIA AUG, with a galley. if the bottom letter on the right reads G then its probably a gloucester mint, but if it reads L then London it is.

if it is allectus then 293 to 296Ad is the date ...naturally  i await our well respected probono's expertise to see how close i am with the ID.

Yes, certainly Allectus - however there's some debate as to the 'C' mint -

sorry I've been quiet for a while - I'm in foreign parts :) but return home tomorrow :D
