some of the better stuff from the last few days, the smallest hammy is a king charles 1st and some edwards , there were 3 hammies stuck together top right,   some trade weights and various bits

Hi David,
your brooch is Victorian in date, I think, and is a Cupid/Cherub brooch  refering to a similar child with wings, a member of the order of angels. symbolic of love and guardians of the sacred, very popular in Edwardian/Victorian times. hope this is of help, cheers, Keith. ;)
