Title: I need a new pinpointer Post by: hotmill on April 14, 2016, 09:45:03 AM I had some trouble on our last club dig with my Makro pinpointer, it gave up the ghost last night and is now officially dead. I had it for about 12 months which is about the avarage a pinpointer lasts me to be honest.
I dont fancy another Makro and I dont fancy going back to the Garrett Pro pointers as I had a couple of them and they died as well. Any suggestions on what to try next? Is the new Garrett pointer better than the old version? What about the Minelab one or the Whites TRX?
