Can any one explain what e track emulator is ? bearing in mind I never finished school so in simple terms please ....also e track exchange ...is it any help ?.....thanks

Well both are only useful if you have an Etrac....the emulator is the same as a flight simulator but for the Etrac where you can see what the controls do and what the tones sound like on certain targets, the Exchange is just a way of "exchanging" programs with other users and download them direct in to the Etrac.
There are also emulators for the different Explorer models ;)

Yes it's easy to change...

thanks I'm just a bit lost at the moment as only ever used a whites prizm 4 for a few months ...think I might of bite off a bit more than I can chew here ha ha

True ....ha ha  but i was just wandering if there was downloads for other stuff ive found gold jewlery and silver jewlery so far and even managed to download them and put them into the french coin file so they work !!! i &*$ proper impressed with meself....but wonder if theres a download for hammered and British coins etc....???
