just tried to register on the MLO site but got refused with message saying "suspected spammer" if you disagree with this please contact us using the contact us link.....but I can't find the contact us link ....any one advise on this please ???? :-[

its a minelab owners site were you can download  programmes and instruction etc... i seen it mentioned on one of chef geofs posts looks really good bit you've got to register and it wont let me its saying am a "spammer" dont even know what one of them is  :-[

OOOHH  right, with you now.  I might not have recognised the MLO but I know what a 'spammer' is   A Fraud who sends out multiple EMails hoping to catch out those who are daft enough to fall for the tempter and con them out of money.
Having said that, some of them are amongst the sharpest minds using the internet.  They manage to catch out a lot of people because they sound so plausible.

thank you kind lady...I've got on there now apparently my user name was to short so it arose suspicions I'd used my real name Steve ha ha ha ....odd but there you go I've used the same name as on here now and it let me through... :)

Had much the same problem myself with another site.  Eventually it told me I had to include numbers as well as letters. Too clever by half this internet thing.
Hubbies the one, drives me bonkers. Every time he uses Amazon or EBay he ends up having to change his password. Go figure. ::)
