The only thing it could be is a measure for spirits,these little "jugs" were often used as a calibration (measure)of spirits,whiskey,gin,etc,before the use of bar optics were put in place to give a more accurate "tipple" just an idea,great finds whatever👍 Title: Re: couple of hours today Post by: The Doc on October 08, 2015, 07:42:34 PM Nice finds. The nibbled coin is late Edward I or early Edward II, London mint, class 10cf or thereabouts. The other one is Edward II, Canterbury mint, class 11a.
