After seeing all the childish and stupid posts that followed my previous thread, and now another thread poking fun, unlike some on here I run a very busy and active business and time is limited especially this time of year.

 I was about to post up a piccie of a clean coin, then saw the posts.

I have nothing to prove to anyone on here, its that simple. I and the farmer and Mark Lodwick and Edward Besley know what has been found. :P

I agree come on Outlaw I'd put mine on when I find it could be a long wait though thought I'd found one yesterday .I saw the glint in the mud carefully prised it of only to find another bloody gold coloured bottle top!!

i use my mobile phone to put stuff on with sausage fingers of course it is very handy and much easier to use only trouble is if i dont double check and send itsometimes when i double check the spelling is wrong for one 1 post i sent found in pontypidd instead of pontypridd well I took some stick of quite a few members all in fun I let my finds do the talking great bunch of guys on the site I've learned so much and still learning lol ::)

i cannot believe that someone would take to heart a bit of harmless banter,  oh just found out they are selling bags of gold coins in roundland shops  i am off to get some,    will post pics if your lucky    bye bye lol

Nice finds outlaw, cheers for showing, I wonder if the love token was bent in this country, I haven't seen a foreign one before, what did the FLO say?
Is that a noble in the first photo, it looks the right size ;)   

Thank you for sharing :) - to some extent, gold is gold (it's very nice if and when you find it), but I know what you mean - i.e you want to know what it is before you share it (at least I do).

It's nice to see a foreign love token - especially one yellow in hue - it would have been interesting whatever its metal.

Well done Dave definitely unusual to see one in gold as you say but not unknown in fact in 2011 there was a 1708 version of the same Portuguese coin found in Newfoundland, I've not come across any examples that could truly be considered foreign when bent other that those found in the States but even these can be traced to English settlers or the second generation, thanks for sharing ;)

Worth the wait Outlaw but I'm more interested in the first coin is it a hammered noble and did you find it with the Deus or your minelab ?
