Title: Roman coin for ID
Post by: Rob Two Spades on September 20, 2014, 10:06:23 AM
Found five roman coins on Thursday evening after work.  The biggest one is shown 21mm in diameter. Any help with id would be great.

Hi Rob

It's this one - to my mind a scarcer reverse for Constantine (I don't have one for instance)

Constantine, AE follis, London, 312-313 AD. CONSTANTINVS P AVG, laureate, cuirassed bust right / SECVRITAS AVGG, Securitas standing facing, head left, legs crossed, leaning on column, right hand on head
