Title: Great Service
Post by: Dryland on March 26, 2014, 08:50:57 PM
Well after being let down with the purchase of a detector yesterday, I went online and found a
Teknetics T2 on Staffordshire Detectors website. I had originally bought my Minelab explorer xs
from them 1 1/2 years ago, so I phoned Kevin at about 8.30 last night and expected him to tell me to stop disturbing him and phone back in the morning. But NO, what a  really nice fella he is.
Within about 5 minutes we had exchanged pleasantries, sorted out a part ex on my minelab [ which I am extremely pleased with ] and the deal was done. There was no messing about, no haggling, everything was straight forward.
I have no connection with Kevin or Staffordshire Detectors, but I thought i'd give credit where credit is due.

Best of luck with the T2 when you get it Dylan. Hope you're right. ;) ::)

Agree with you about Kevin though, he's a really easy Guy to deal with. He bought my Whites M6 and Viking V40 off me at a mutually agreed price.(No part X)  John took them up on one of his Family visits.  He'd had to go out when John got there but would you believe it he left the cash with his side kick who passed the cash over without even checking the machines then phoned me later to say 'Thank You'.   Not many would do that.

Val

All I can say top seller, over the years when I've felt like selling my sovereigns, upgrade, he's could have sold  me another top end detector, and he's had them all, he's always talked me out, what do you want another one for, that will do the trick, he's also bought some off me, top money, good fella.
