I know the first one is The Wiltshire Regiment, but what age etc. ?? The second one has really stumped me lol. Any help would be much appreciated, Paul ;) Title: Re: Couple of Buttons for I.D. Button number 2 looks more like a livery button rather than military although I could be wrong. Any big families in the area the button was found. Cant quite see the crown but it looks like it is a marquis crown.

Can you make out any of the motto I cant make it out on the photo it could help confirm. Although I don't know if they had any connection with the area you found the button in.
