Title: Dead lucky DEADLOCK Post by: SpineyDave on February 23, 2014, 01:26:30 PM Been out with Deadlock this morning, I had a couple of Vickys and a G5 sixpence.
The finds I'm going to put up here are all Alun Deadlocks. He's off coaching football this afternoon so I said I would put his finds up for him. We did the hedge line of a new field bordering a Roman road, and didn't he do well..... The most interesting thing he found was a cast bronze knife of what looks to be a Maasai trides woman. It's all one piece even the blade. Any idea's how old this is, or where it came from ?
