Title: air tests
Post by: adt69 on February 15, 2014, 10:21:43 PM
Why is there review videos on  detectors in air tests, they don't mean nothing, I can get about 22 inch with a Vic penny in air but put it in the ground I will get it at about 11 inch and that depends on the ground' so why do the review vids show how good the machine is in the air we dont detect in the air, what is the point.

Because many people coming into the hobby and many old hands who should know better are impressed by the distance and don't realise the limitations of mineralisation and so buy the machines, It's just marketing ;)
