Found this coin in same field as our roman. We think its a Henry III Henricus Rex Longpenny

Very nice early hammered especially for a first. Nice drawings as well Clair. Who needs a camera!

Well not his first hammered because he found a roman last week but his first medieval

It was his first hole of the night too.
Funny thing is, we been going to this field for over 3 years on and off, hardly found anything then in last 2 weeks we have found 3 awesome finds!!

The only problem is that drawing isn't of that coin :)

The reverse legend as far as I can read it is 'DAVI ON LVNDEN'

I think it is class 5, but I'll look more closely as to which class it is later.
