If its chatty just turn the sensitivity down the T2 is very sensitive so will always be a little chatty.
I set mine at sensitivity 80 disc 10 and 2tone+ hope this helps :) and remember to ground balance that will also help!

Don't listen to Herbie, he never finds anything (I wish) but his setting are spot on. You have to have some chatter otherwise those deeper small finds will remain invisible. ;)

My f75 black is also chatty, but it's very sensitive. I think a lot of machines are running a bit hot these days by default, as most high end machines seem a bit chatty. You'll get used to it, it just take practice to ignore the chatter.

Once balanced I run mine on Sens 78 Disc 15 Tone 2+. Then leave it on Sensitivity so I can adjust on the fly.
It can be chatty, I find it depends on the soil conditions/type.

You may of read this thread already but if not it will help to understand why machines need to be a little chatty.

And as Ade said soil (mineralisation) has a big effect ;)
