Title: footwear for warmer months Post by: sharkey on May 30, 2013, 06:41:38 PM hi all, just wondering what is the footwear of choice for detecting in the fairer weather? ive had my fishing boots/wellies (wool lining built into them) on every trip since the new year but the last few trips have got sweaty :P . i know that steel toe caps are a huge no no ;D but does this rule out every boot with metal on? if so, has anyone got a link to some suitable ones. thanks in advance

Have a look at army boots for sale on eBay or in an army surplus shop. Its funny how people will spend hundreds on a detector and then buy cheap foorwear :-\

A Deus coil strapped to each foot (Like snowshoes) and a control box for each coil in either hand.
