Title: Nowt as Queer as Folk!
Post by: cardiffian on September 16, 2012, 08:02:34 PM
While out detecting yesterday with my mate Adie, he had a strange conversation with a local of advanced years. It is one of those conversations you could not make up. He had his detector propped up against a boundary fence which ran adjacent to a road. Along came the elderly lady and the conversation went like this.

Elderly lady(on seeing his detector): "Nice camera".

Adie: "It's a metal detector".

Elderly lady: "I don't know what that is, but I bet it takes nice pictures"

Elderly lady's parting shot as she walked off shaking her head: "Keep up the good work"

.
