Title: 060612 - Apres Moi la deluge :) Post by: handyman [Alan} on June 06, 2012, 12:53:38 PM Anyway, for the first time in ages, i managed to get out onto the field alone, without having to stop every couple of mintues to see what diggerdave or techony had recovered ;D ;D ;D ;D
The morning session went reasonably well, until in the distance, the skies darkened, the lightning lit up the sky, the thunder boomed and i got the impression it was time to leg it off the field. Lo and behold, i reached the safety of the car literally seconds before the deluge hit the field. 15 minutes later it had passed, and i was able to climb out of the detecting gear, before heading homewards. as for the finds .... well yet again i got a muskie, along with a nice pinhead and a wotsit, about 1cm in diameter, plain on the reverse .... which i think could either be a coin weight or part of a fob seal. all suggestions welcome. cheers Title: Re: 060612 - Apres Moi la deluge :) Post by: Chef Geoff on June 06, 2012, 01:14:02 PM OK now why did you come home if it had passed?..................lightweight! lol
