Anyone been detecting on the Isle of Wight, off this coming weekend hoping to hit the beach as much as poss. ???

I can't help either I'm afraid, I know they have a healthy detecting club there but if your just detecting beaches then it a small island with a very long history of...well everybody, plus it's been a holiday destination for the well healed since Victorian times go for it. At the end of the day a beach is a beach is a beach

hope u manage to find something .. all i can say is that our local northampton detecting club has been going there for several years and finding stuff.
