Title: Barry Island trip May 27th 2012 Post by: dragonsbreath(Paul) on May 27, 2012, 11:18:26 AM Couldnt sleep last night so took myself of to Barry Island for a bit of
night time detecting and i have never seen Barry in such a state!! From high tide line to beach walls a mass of rubbish everywhere cans/bottles bottle tops/takeaways and general flotsam. Every swing of the detector you hit a used can!!! Looked like Silent Valley Waste Tip lol. But despite that manged a few bits...Stainless steel ring/Silver ring/Small pendant/Joey/Dosh.....PaulB. Was a really fine mild night with a little sea breeze pity about the state of the beach though. Catch you on a beach soon....PaulB. 8) |
