Post by: hedgehog on April 27, 2009, 06:43:00 PM
Found the short cross on a different area, and the other two led me to the Bulla.
Hope the scans are clear enough Peter.

Good point Ian, the ground has been pasture for many years, it had been ploughed before I think, it is being ploughed every year now so hopefully the items in the ground won't get broken up too much before I find them  :-\ This is the third year that they have been ploughed since I have been going up there.

arrr it tales 3 ploughings for everything to come up near the surface as well, so some more should turn up,  plus things for the next couple of years thats been missed too,   keep it going now, best of luck

Hey yankee , doesn't matter what I find I will still be poor , you are lucky in other ways I am sure, sounds like you want for nothing  ;D (and long may it continue, has she got a rich sister?  ;))
Hope you can come over here one day and any one of us would take you to what we consider to be our best sites, there is nothing quite like digging up a hammered coin!
