went out on the beach today and found this.. Title: Re: might be my first good find ??? Post by: sugar on January 21, 2012, 02:52:52 PM wrap it in a bit of kitchen tin foil and make sure the tin foil is damp if it is silver it will start becoming warm and will start smelling like rotten eggs
note if you do this with silver coins do not do a rubbing motion on your find as it can be a little abrasive and put minute scratches on the surface perhaps not visible with the naked eye but if the coin turns out to be rare it will not enhance the value Title: Re: might be my first good find ???
