Title: Medieval Coin Hoard Post by: waltonbasinman on September 21, 2011, 05:25:51 PM After work today I popped up to Llandrindod Wells to see some land owners and after a interesting hour with them I decided to call in the Radnorshire museum and see what was on display as I had not been their before. After a good viewing I thought I would share this hoard of medieval silver pennies with you. Found in 1997 locally they consist of 105 pennies of Edward I, Edward II, Edward III and Alexander II of Scotland. If you ever need an inspiration they are on permanant display and are easy to view.
