Title: any ideas??? Post by: Duggy on August 17, 2011, 09:36:51 PM Me and my dad decided to go metal detecting near Caerleon golf course, and i found a large spike, not sure what metal it is, but it came up as non-ferrous on the detector, and we found it near a sort of kiln/furnace built into an old, hollow tree (which i'll take a picture of next time i go up there 8) ). Any suggestions would be appreciated, and thanks in advance :)!
